After the
experience of defeat, disappointment and dishonor in the hands of the
small and weak city of Ai -Israel's adversary-by reason of their
shortcomings though, yet God gave them a promise and assurance of
Victory, as he commanded them to refocus, refire, & recover
(Josh08/01).
Likewise, God wants our cycle of failures to strengthen us,
not weaken us. The lessons
we learn from
our failures should make us better able to handle the same situation the second
time around. The only way to lose is to give up. Don't give up on your
dreams, and goals. If they failed in July, you can achieve them in
August if you refocus on God, review the goals, and refire your
determination, and you will achieve your expectation. This is your month of
Honour; Win is still possible and you are winning!
